Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aimoko, operated by KTRL AS (org.nr. 827 430 242), Norway. By using aimoko, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

aimoko is an AI-powered productivity platform that integrates email, tasks, calendar, and notes into a unified interface. The service may include:

• Email management via connected accounts (Gmail, Microsoft)
• AI-assisted prioritization, drafting, and task extraction
• Calendar integration and smart time blocking
• Integration with third-party AI agents (e.g., OpenClaw)

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use aimoko
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• One person per account — account sharing is not permitted

3. Your Data

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you create, import, or process through aimoko. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use aimoko for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

5. AI Features

aimoko uses artificial intelligence to process and generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated outputs before acting on them
• AI suggestions (email drafts, task priorities, time blocks) are advisory — not binding
• We may use different AI providers and models to deliver the service

6. Third-Party Integrations

aimoko connects to third-party services (Google, Microsoft, AI providers). These integrations are subject to the respective providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.

If you connect an AI agent (e.g., OpenClaw), you are responsible for that agent's actions within aimoko.

7. Pricing & Payment

aimoko may offer free and paid tiers. For paid plans:

• Prices are in NOK unless otherwise stated
• Billing is recurring (monthly or annually) unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Temporarily suspend service for security or operational reasons
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law:

• aimoko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated suggestions

10. Intellectual Property

aimoko, its logo, design, and code are the property of KTRL AS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission. Your right to use aimoko is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Oslo, Norway.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
